How to kickstart improvements
Let me help you tackle your challenges
Call me on +45 4081 4002 or write to me at pq@peterquist.dk. Tell me about your situation and where I can assist. We will then set up a time to get your kickstart off the ground.
How the kickstart works
We will set up a time for me to come and visit your business. Together we will walk through your workshop or factory, where I will enquire about your process and point out how you would be able to save time and reduce costs.
3 examples of wasted time
1. Excess time spent on correcting flaws due to styles with the wrong dimensions, stones, or surface material. Who can remember 100-300 styles off by heart? No one. I can help you create simple, visual descriptions to save you both time and costs.
2. Excess time spent on repairing casting errors. I will advise you on immediate solutions, as well as how to uncover the causes of errors in order to avoid similar challenges in the future.
3. Excessive time spent trying to locate machinery means that each style takes longer to make. I can advise you in how to organize your workshop to make your tools and machinery easily accessible and to streamline the whole process.
After the tour, I will give you a summary of where changes are needed, both immediately and in the long term. If you would prefer to spend your time developing your business, I can help you implement the solutions.

The Rolls-Royce Effect
“If you were to place a Rolls-Royce in a car showroom, most buyers would be drawn to the Rolls-Royce over the other cars. Even though the other cars also have four wheels, a body, and the ability to drive. So why this interest? A Rolls-Royce is lacquered 100 times and polished in between coats, and all its chrome parts are gleaming. Therefore, it makes an overall impression which is markedly better than the average car. This is exactly the same for jewelry. If you spend a few extra minutes on perfecting the finish, you will give your jewelry the “Rolls-Royce effect”.
